I built a fretless guitar by sampling the Danelectro Dano Pro. The body material is alder, the neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is made of rosewood. It’s resulting in a guitar with an easy to handle weight of 3.3 kg. And the body is oil-coated, so it has a very good sound. That’s why I like it:)
